Postmortem

On 16th August (PDT), an incident occurred due to an authentication token expiry used for communication between our platform and NLP engine hosted on AWS. The expired token caused API requests to fail with authentication errors. The issue was resolved after renewing the token and redeploying the configuration. We apologise for the inconvenience and are implementing expiry notifications outside third-party notification systems.
